Formed in 1993 and still run by the same founding partners, the company has had a long history satisfying the needs of its customers through exceptional products and after sales service.

Servicing is undertaken in partnership with a number of other businesses who share Edoma’s commitment to the consumer. In the odd event that something was to go wrong with one of the company’s products, these partnerships allow the servicing of the Edoma’s products to be as painless as possible.

Edoma also has a committed and diligent team of employees based at its distribution centre in Palmerston North whose sole purpose is to ensure the smooth running of the business and guarantee customer satisfaction.

All of our prices are in New Zealand Dollars(NZD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 2/09/14. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Shipping policy:

All prices displayed on this website include shipping costs.

For the Haaga 200 series (250 & 255) the flat rate of NZD $30.00 per unit will be charged.

For all other Haaga models the flat rate of NZD $45.00 per unit will be charged.

For all Speedy Weedy products the flat rate of NZD $10.00 per unit will be charged.

Fastway Couriers Limited will be the shipping agent and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location within New Zealand.

Shipping Destinations: 

Fastway Couriers Limited ships goods New Zealand wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund/return policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
